• We can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.  No extra beds.

• Sorry, we cannot accommodate babies, infants or children under 10 years of age.

• Minimum stay is two nights.

• We do not take pets.

• A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required within 7 days to secure all bookings.

• Check-in time is from 4:00pm to 6:00pm (16:00 to 18:00) unless by prior arrangement.

• Breakfast is a continental buffet.
